am not a wreck(couldn't resist the rhyme):)
but this time round we are both a bit vulnerable and apprehensive
the pain is there and only time will tell.
problem is ganesh is like an exuberant  child and has a real zest for life
and so knows not how to take it easy- will know more in a week's time
as far as serenity goes- it is a state of mind- and once you know the truth behind life's journey
and make amends in a timely fashion and live everyday as though it were your last
full of grace to one's true nature without any shams- there'll be order in chaos too.
a part of me thru this whole ordeal was the observer and knew reality was
what will be will be- so why agonize
but love does you in and that attachment gives you all the worry that is born of it.
e.g.I love my son yet am sort of detached as well- not v successfully I may add
yesterday when he arrived- the mother in me was full of joy on seeing him
yet the observer was watching too n pushing me to be real n stay detached

DP
all my life I was spoonfed and got all on a platter hence felt I was weak w/no backbone-
only during various crisis in my life did I realize how resilient and strong a person I really was and by nature being an extrovert helps as well- a never say die attitude goes a long way too.  Let's both of us go from strength to strength
love
